Priprema
- Priprema: Operite meso i osušite ga papirnim ubrusom.
- Utrljajte so, biber i mleveni beli luk. Premažite meso uljem, medom i senfom sa celim zrnom, umotajte u prianjajuću foliju i marinirajte u frižideru najmanje 3 sata.
- Half an hour before cooking, remove the marinated meat from the refrigerator and let it warm to room temperature.
- Place it onto a greased baking equipment and place it in the oven.
- After cooking, cover the meat with aluminium foil. Let it rest at room temperature for at least 5 minutes before serving.
