Priprema

  1. Priprema: Operite meso i osušite ga papirnim ubrusom.
  2. Utrljajte so, biber i mleveni beli luk. Premažite meso uljem, medom i senfom sa celim zrnom, umotajte u prianjajuću foliju i marinirajte u frižideru najmanje 3 sata.

  5. After cooking, cover the meat with aluminium foil. Let it rest at room temperature for at least 5 minutes before serving.
