Priprema
- Cut the avocado in half. Hollow out the pit and enough flesh that it will fit an egg.
- Snij een klein stukje van de onderkant van de avocado's zodat ze stevig blijven liggen. Leg de gerookte zalm erop.
- Crack the egg and fill the avocado with it.
- Season to taste.
